Sobrasada is a spreadable chorizo paste that has a high concentration of paprika and garlic. When served warm on toast is slightly oily and very flavorful with reminiscences of chorizo spices. This sobrasada is U.S. made but the recipe used is the same one used in Spain for doing this typical chorizo of Mallorca, one of the Balearic islands in the Spanish Mediterranean.
