Returns & Exchanges

At Dao Gourmet Foods we strive to give you  the perfect item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please read our returns and exchange policy down below.

We have a 72-hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All returns must be made within 72 hours from the date of purchase, regardless of best-buy date on packaging.

If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return at customerservice@daogf.com

Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Restocking fees and shipping charges may apply.

Returns meeting the above conditions will be processed by Dao Gourmet Foods within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our facility.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@daogf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@daogf.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please verify your address carefully. Damages or late deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to fill in and double-check your addresses carefully.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products such as special orders or personalized items and personal care goods Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
