Cheese made from milk from goats of the Majorera breed at the volcanic island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. It was the first Canary cheese in obtaining the D.O certification. This semi-cured Majorero has been rubbed with paprika and It has a creamy texture and slightly spicy touch. You'll love it if you like the flavor of goat´s milk. Great for creative recipes, like Majorero stuffed zucchini, Majorero soup, or Majorero breadsticks. Awarded in 2014/15 with the prestigious Golden Prize in the World Cheese Awards.
