This native variety of the pepper is unique in its kind. These specimens are gathered one by one, from the end of September until the month of November from the fields of Navarra, to be later roasted and pealed by hand, obtaining an exclusive and unbeatable preserve. It is important to emphasize that the pieces of this preserve have not been wet with water or submerged in any other substances. This contributes to its flavor is the naturalness of this product.
