Coupage of carrasqueña and manzanilla olives. In nose, it has intense fruity aromas of fresh herbs and notes of apples. To the mouth, it has a perfect balance between sweetness and peppery. Perfect for salads and raw foods, also for healthy fried dishes. This fresh and light extra virgin olive oil is organically produced. The olive cultivation is done using natural farming techniques and treated only with natural products and harvest is only made at optimum maturity. To get the best degree of acidity, it's harvested by hand in late December and inmediately cold pressed.
