This chorizo is a longaniza style sausage made from the authentic Ibérico Spanish pork and cured with the fresh air from the mountains in Salamanca. Seasoned with the smoky pimenton-paprika from Extremadura, it has an intense, unique red color and a complex, meaty flavor. Slice thinly and serve with fresh bread and add some Manchego cheese too.
