Covid-19 Response
At Dao Gourmet Foods our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we implemented new safety measures to our fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines. That said, we are taking the threat very seriously and rest assured that we are following stringent precautionary measures in our fulfillment center.
We are meticulously cleaning and disinfecting our center. We also monitor our employees closely to ensure they are healthy and at our no risk to themselves or others. We are also monitoring employees on cleanliness guidelines and personal hygiene. All employees are required to wear face coverings during work hours and to wash their hands thoroughly before returning to work. There are also several hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility. Any employee who falls ill or who has spent time with a sick family member or friend is not permitted to enter the workplace until they are cleared by a medical professional.
Processing times
Our shipment processing times still remain the same. We offer same day shipping on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days
