Smoked mild paprika loves Spanish recipes, like quick-cooking dishes (omelets, mash potatoes, meats, tomato paste) or other more elaborated as paella. This is just one of the three types of pimenton we import, together with mild paprika and smoked hot paprika. Its particular red color adds personality to soft white cheeses, soups, or different sauces made with mayonnaise or cream. Pimenton is also traditionally used to preserve cured sausages like chorizo or loin.
