In 1910, a Spanish woman named Ines Rosales began making olive oil tortas by hand and sold them at the train station in Seville, Spain. She only used natural ingredients, based on an old family recipe. Today Ines Rosales Olive Oil tortas are still made by hand with the same dedication to quality.
