Description
This butifarra pork white sausage is typical from Catalonia on the Northeastern shore of Spain. It is fresh and can be eaten in thin slices just over a piece of bread but we recommend to eat it grilled together with white beans, as catalonians do, or also with grilled vegetables as tomato, asparagus or peppers. Our butifarra has a soft, white pinkish interior with mild flavors of spices and garlic. If you love Spanish cured meats, you’ll definitely enjoy it!
